Charles J. Seltzer, President and CEO
Jim has been the designer and developer of InterMarks
unique marketing concepts and capabilities and has been the creative force behind the
companys success. He has more than 30 years of management,
sales, marketing and training experience. Prior to founding
InterMark, Jim had a proven record of success
as a sales and marketing executive with several Fortune 50 corporations (Procter &
Gamble; Johnson & Johnson; Chesebrough-Ponds). Jim is generally considered
one of the nations top authorities on business-oriented quiz competitions and
interactive learning events.
John W.
Ketchersid, Chief Technology Officer
John is a
veteran of several technology and internet start-ups and is a recognized
expert in systems design, implementation and analysis. Most recently,
John was president and CTO of DarkStar Networks, an independent internet
security and breech analysis consulting firm. He was formerly CTO for
CET Networks and VetExchange and was Senior Network Architect for
Atlanta’s eHatchery (all were start-up companies). Prior to that, John
was the Special Technology Projects Manager for the hugely successful
Autotrader.com, which today is the world’s largest automotive web
presence. John is responsible for procuring all technology and internet
access systems, servers, computer equipment and peripherals to be used
by PrizeRoom. In addition, he has designed, engineered, programmed and
administers the Company’s ongoing data management and tracking systems
and manages the organization’s IT and technical staff.
James W. Schlotzhauer, Vice President - Internet
Services and Operations
A former executive with IBM, Schlotz has over 30 years
experience in software development and business process management. Jim has been
responsible for the development of some of the largest software application products ever
offered to the business community (Product Manager; CCOP). He is the day-to-day
manager of all technology aspects of the InterMark project, is responsible for developing
our prototype products and for implementing and managing our clients' CyberQuiz sites.
Amy M. Ghiglieri, Marketing Manager
Amy has been with InterMark since 2004, and prior to shifting most of
her efforts to PrizeRoom, was a lead marketer in the company's
QuizMaster Productions area. In that position, she developed and
produced several of its live, TV-style business game shows for major
clients nationwide. She has also been instrumental in coordinating
many of the pre- and post-launch activities required to establish
PrizeRoom in the marketplace. Amy is primarily
responsible for PrizeRoom's market research, PR, promotion and
sponsor coordination.
Robert Sherman, Director - Program Development
Robert is the consulting developer and internet researcher
for InterMark. He has 27 years experience as a Creator, Writer and/or Executive Producer
of numerous, well-known TV game shows and is an expert in internet gaming technology.
Robert created and presently runs our aligned "Quizland"
Web site. Quizland features a wide array of non-business-related "trivia" quizzes, puzzles,
games and fun formats and is the countrys most successful Internet quiz site.
Quizland has been used as a "beta test" site for many of the game formats and
back end engines used in PrizeRoom's custom game sponsors.
Roger Haggerty,
Chief Financial Officer
Roger Haggerty, currently Managing Principal,
Renaissance Partners L.C., a Southeast-based financial consulting firm is filling the role
as interim CFO. Roger is a "Big 5" trained CPA with more than 21
years experience in CFO, Controller and Treasurer positions. Companies he has worked
with include start-ups, technology, multi-location distribution and manufacturing
businesses with up to $500 million in revenues |
